Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Monday! Arrangement was beautiful and the flowers are very fragrant, which is hard to find these days. The only suggestion I would have is, go back to the hand written card. I don't like the printed paper copy of my message, seemed a bit impersonal.

On March 21, on your website I ordered flowers to be sent on March 22 to a friend in the hospital. Later that evening, I heard that my friend might be discharged March 22. The morning of March 22, I called Bear's Garden Florist and talked to Cindy. She said she would put a rush on the arrangement and get it delivered early. Later she called me, saying my friend was not at the hospital. I was able to cancel my order without any problem. I received an email confirming my cancellation and I received a full return. Cindy went overboard for me and appreciate her so much.

Bear's Garden Florist did an amazing job for me! I contacted them and needed a same day delivery for my wife's birthday. They were efficient and polite of the phone, they instructed me on how to use there website to order, and they delivered same day as needed. Best of all, the floral arrangement was just stunning! Flowers were artfully arranged and extremely fresh. They lasted a long time and I couldn't be more happy I ordered from Bear's!

There are several florist shops in the Sonora area but Bear's Garden Florist is the only one I would ever want to use. The shop is beautiful. The people that own and work there are so kind, helpful , patient with me and very knowledgeable. The flowers that I order are always put together with such thoughtfulness and professionalism. This florist is a real blessing to me, I hope they know that. Everyone who chooses to use Bear's Garden Florist will be glad they did for whatever occasion.

Convenient location in the junction. Ready made bouquets in the cooler, just in case you forget your anniversary like I did. They will make you something on tge spot if you dont see what you want. Great staff and beautiful flowers! They even gave cards, in case you forgot that too, like I did.Thanks for saving the day! Maybe next year I'll plan ahead and have you deliver.
